Villa Massilia (4+3br)

Description

Those are the top priority for those seeking for a private villa either to acquire or to rent for holiday accommodation. But in addition to perfect location Villa Masillia offers a lot more.

Newly completed by the end of 2008, Massilia comprises of two fully self-contained villas with three and four bedrooms on a generous 1,500 square meters plot. Sliding fence in between allows both villas to be merged into a large seven bedrooms villa. Unique layout and position of the sliding fence allow both villas to ensure privacy when rented separately and a feeling of unity when rented as a whole.

Benefiting from square form and flat elevation of the land, smart minimalist layout has successfully applied to maximize land utilization allowing each villa felt even more spacious with its spacious poolside deck, generous lawn, and large swimming pools. Similar concept goes in to the interior as well where minimalist furnishing makes ample space felt even larger.

Approaching the villa is a narrow alley ending up in front of the main gate of the villa. Parking space, common staff area, and a couple of soaring inner-gate in solid wood to each villa are hidden inside.

Villa Massilia 1 (4br)

First step into the four bedrooms villa is welcomed by a sparkling lotus pond. Surrounding 12 x 4 meters lap pool are a large antique wooden gazebo on the right hand side, the main house with spacious open living/dining area and two suites at the opposite side of the gate, a bedroom pavilion housing two bedrooms on the left hand side, and the sliding fence to the three bedrooms villa on the same side as the main gate.

Decently manicured lawn between the gate and the swimming pool is spacious enough as a playground for those staying with children. On all sides of the swimming pool made of natural “palimanan” stone are wooden pool decks suitable for poolside sunbath or barbecue. Eight sun-loungers and a large daybed are available both to enjoy the tropical sun-burn as well as for a layback with a book.

Spacious open living/dining area features lounge with comfortable couches, dining table seating eight, modern kitchen in traditional setting, and a powder room. Audio-video entertainment system with wide LCD panel with international TV channels, DVD player, 5.1 sound system, and iPod docking station are available for those who want modern entertainment. Erecting large poles of natural stone accentuate the décor as well as separating the kitchen from the rest.

On each side of the living/dining area are two suites with king beds, lounging couches, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and rain shower opening to closed garden, and wide sliding doors opening to spacious terrace looking out to the swimming pool. Housed in a separated building are two suites mirrored to each other, each with canopied king-size bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom with rain shower.

Villa Massilia 2 (3br)

A smaller version of similar layout to the adjacent four bedrooms villa applied in this unit. Crossing the lotus pond upon entering the gate is a 8 x 3 meters swimming pool surrounded by the main house with open living/dining area in the middle and one suite on each side on the left hand-side, a separated bedroom pavilion on the opposite side of the entrance, sliding fence connecting to the four bedrooms unit on the right hand-side, and a poolside gazebo at the same side of the entrance.

Open living/dining area features lounging couches, dining table for six, fully equipped kitchen, and audio-video entertainment system with wide LCD panel with international TV channels, DVD player, 5.1 sound system, and iPod docking station.

All three bedrooms in this unit feature double beds, closet, and en-suite bathroom with rain shower. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors dissolve the bedroom, terrace, and the swimming pool making the bedrooms felt even more spacious than they actually are.

Well trained fleet of staffs including house maids and cooks dedicated to each unit as well as security guards, gardener, and concierge available to the whole villa. Except security guards, staffs work the normal working hours but can be flexibly arranged to fit guest requirements. The villa manager is available on call in 24h basis to address any unpredictable occurrence in reasonable manner.

Daily breakfast is provided up to the maximum number of occupancy with choice of American, Continental, and Indonesian dishes. Meals are prepared in grocery-shopping system where guests instructed the cook to shop for their meal and billed at the actual invoices collected from the shop.

Location

Hidden behind the well-known corner in Seminyak downtown where the renown KuDeTa is located, the villa enjoys one of the most desired location in Bali. The distance between the villa and both Seminyak’s main street and the beach is just perfect. Close enough that both the beach and the string of the most illustrious fine dining restaurants, cozy cafes, chic fashion shops, and luxurious boutique hotels are comfortably reachable on foot, but far enough to ensure peaceful rest at night.

The beach is part of the miles of golden sandy beach along the south-west coast of Bali spanning from Jimbaran in the south and Tanah Lot up north, which is perfect for various activities from simply layback on the sand to surf the wave on a long-board. The hype downtown is where the trendy crowd eats, shops, and hangouts.
